GMONE – Terms and Services

Welcome to GMONE, a digital wallet and blockchain-enabled service platform developed and operated by GM Informatics JSC (GM Bilişim A.Ş.), headquartered in Bodrum, Türkiye.

By accessing, installing, or using the GMONE mobile application, browser extension, website, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Services (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using GMONE.

1. About GMONE

GMONE is a multi-chain digital wallet and Web3 authentication tool that allows users to:

  • Create, import, and manage TRON-based cryptocurrency wallets

  • Sign blockchain transactions and smart contracts

  • Access GMDestek service portals, GMCoupons, BlockTube.TV integrations, and other GM ecosystem applications

  • Authenticate with supported decentralized applications (dApps)

GMONE does not hold user funds, does not provide custodial wallet services, and cannot access private keys.

2. Eligibility

You may use GMONE only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old,

  • You are legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction,

  • You accept full responsibility for complying with local laws regarding cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and online services.

3. Non-Custodial Wallet

GMONE is a non-custodial wallet:

  • All private keys, seed phrases, and passwords are stored locally on your device.

  • GMONE never stores, accesses, or recovers your private key or seed phrase.

  • You are solely responsible for securing your device, backup phrases, and passwords.

Loss of private keys or seed phrases means permanent loss of access to your wallet and funds.
GMONE cannot restore them under any circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

By using GMONE, you agree to:

  • Keep your device secure and updated

  • Store your seed phrase safely

  • Only use the Services for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application

  • Be fully responsible for all transactions signed through GMONE

All blockchain transactions are final, irreversible, and publicly visible.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GMONE for:

  • Illegal financial activity

  • Circumventing sanctions or regulatory restrictions

  • Automated transaction spamming

  • Distribution of malware or unauthorized scripts

  • High-risk or fraudulent activities

GM Informatics reserves the right to restrict service access to users engaging in abuse or illegal behavior.

6. Third-Party Services

GMONE provides links or interfaces to:

  • TRON blockchain nodes

  • GMDestek service portals

  • GMONE ecosystem tools (GMCoupons, BlockTube.TV, etc.)

  • External dApps and websites

GM Informatics is not responsible for the functionality, security, or content of third-party platforms.
Your interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.

7. No Financial Advice

GMONE does not provide:

  • Investment recommendations

  • Financial advice

  • Trading signals

  • Guarantees regarding asset price, stability, or liquidity

Any content found within GMONE, including market information, news, or analytics, is informational only.

8. Risk Disclosure

Using digital assets carries risks, including:

  • Market volatility

  • Possible loss of funds

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities

  • Wallet compromise due to insecure devices

  • Regulatory changes affecting digital asset use

GMONE is provided “as is” without any warranties.
You acknowledge that you use GMONE at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, and software files contained in GMONE or on gminformatics.com are the property of GM Informatics JSC.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Reverse engineer

any part of the GMONE application without written permission.

10. Updates & Changes

GM Informatics may:

  • Update GMONE

  • Modify features

  • Make security improvements

  • Change these Terms

Continued use of GMONE after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GM Informatics is not liable for lost funds, lost private keys, unauthorized transactions, or user mistakes.

  • GMONE is provided with no guarantees regarding uptime, network stability, or compatibility.

  • GMONE does not guarantee transaction success, speed, or accuracy of blockchain data.

12. Termination

GM Informatics may suspend or terminate your access to Services if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Services

  • Law enforcement requires it

You may discontinue using the app at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • Laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Muğla, Türkiye.
